  • The cabbage lady is stacked!

  • those babys where 18 in 1915!

  • I think I read that this is the first film directed by a woman!

  • this is only cool cause she's a woman if i was the first one to make a story film I'm pretty sure id come up with something better than grabbing babies by the legs and roughing them up next to some fucking cabbage. she's lucky thats considered a narrative, I'm pretty sure the lumiere brothers wouldn't throw fucking babies and get credit for it, they only fuck with real shit like feeding a baby, and fucking trains arriving

  • It' disturbing how rugged she handles the babies! They are obviously crying and flailing around on the floor! Very Odd.....

  • The first female director. Fascinating woman. It's a marvel and providential that this glimpse into so long ago survived.

  • I was not expecting her to do that.

  • This is the first narrative film ever made , this film is history how does it only have this many views

  • @nipz69 Actually, I've found a couple that are older. The Lumiere brothers made "Photographe" and "Bonne d'enfants et soldat" in the previous year.

  • produced by a woman, Alice Guy Blache! cool

  • tnx <3

  • I wonder how many babies were killed during the making of this film. I think I counted 1. The 3rd one she picked up... yep... definitely dead.

  • You wana know what's creepy..... All those little babies are dead... They all got old and lived their lives... And now they are most likely dead...

  • @ChanVideos thats all I can think about when I watch silent films. It really creeps me out.

  • Poor kids! The woman handles them as... well, cabbage.

  • Birth of the Cabbage Patch Kids

  • un classique ... merci
