Instead of a Metal rebellion i propose a new plan.

1. Don't bash other metal artists, we must unite! We cant fight against pop music if we arent even together

2. Watch more and more metal videos to get it to the top of the youtube vid list

cool that the lyrics are scripture based, but you can't really write a song just lumping a bunch of lines from random places in the Bible together. That's a great way to totally distort the meaning and ditch the entire context behind the verses...

but they do have to change it a bit to match the whole tune.. i guess.. but the main idea i assure you hasn't been changed...:)

Agreed. However, with the exception of both being Christian membered bands, I'd say Disciple and Skillet are in separate leagues as far as fanbases go. I'm sure Disciple is ok with not being a superstar band.

@heatherbananna I think it is because Skillet is trying to go mainstream. Disciple is on a Christian record deal (INOrecords) Skillet is on Atlantic Records which is mainstream. That's probably why, because Disciple is almost as popular band as Skillet inside Christian markets, I think. Both bands are awesome!!!!!!

@phlyingpengwyns Thanks. Yea I love both bands also. I saw Disciple last weekend in Blountville TN. AMAZING! As always, but he mentioned he had won a Dove award. Just wish there were a place on the radio for them. Christan stations play soft contemporary, and rock stations never play disciple.
