@AvaterPrinceZuko unlucky :( Online didn't work for me for the 1st 2-3 weeks which I owned the game, but I got it to work somehow, I made an online "Helms deep map" about a year ago, "one of the best Helms deep maps Ive seen in a long time" online players have said to me, unlucky it will not work in offline mode :( I hope that E.A would reconsider what they have done, many players have said that because E.A. have done this they will no longer buy there products!

Glorfindel is waaay to weak, considering he fought in the wars of Beleriand and the War of Wrath, he killed a Balrog, is OLDER than Elrond, I believe he was a Maiar (not so sure about that), and fought in Dagor Bragollach and in 'The Nirnaith'. But probably EA didn't know any of that...I bet EA only read LOTR and The Hobbit and used those for BFME2...They probably didnt hear of the Sillmarilion or The Lost Tales....

I find it hard to believe that there is no Gil Galad or any of the heroes from the battle which men and elves vs mordor! Yes there are some heroes which can be put into the game by useing the lotr worldbuilder but there not really "in" the game....
@97Wc Well, the Faction is called "Men of the west" when you play games online or offline in a normaly 2vs2 or 1vs1 BUT the Men in the campain is Arnor. You can NOT play as Arnor unless you download a mod which changes "Men of the west" to "Arnor" - hope this helps!
Learn Angmar gameplay inside out, whats bad and whats good about them, then move up to playing vs hard AI with Angmar (in a 1vs1 or 2vs2 etc), thats what I did and thats how I could use Angmar well!
anyway, if you want to get there the easy way, just download some files from Filefront which could let you "skip" most of the missions in the game!

hey you guys, i recently downloaded a mod of ROTWK, it's called the battle for numenor mod, you can be numenor, they have gondor-ish buildings, soldiers that look like arnor in the angmar campaign, and also blood squirts out when people die, the orcs have black blood and the goblins have green. Numenor mod is awesome, your basically playing as arnor, NEW HEROES AND ABILITIES. XD

U can play as arnor in skirmish mode and u dont necessarily have to download a mod i did it onmy own it takes about 1 min
