I don't know if I tore this muscle or it was just SUPER tight but all i know is i could barely move my neck without pain. the next day it felt a little better so i decided to do this stretch but very lightly. i can not believe how much it helps loosen everything up and how much better i feel. thank you again Paul.

I have a VERY long neck and spine, so postural stuff is a nightmare. i have a slight curve in my spine. Should I still be doing these things with that in mind?
Now I should say that without seeing you in person, I cannot be completely certain, but this stretch should be fine to do for you. It's a very general stretch.

Is there any suppliments I can take? Or should i just continue to grin and bear it... no pun intended... :)
