Floyd fought Mosley while he was #1 welterweight, had a title, and was #3 p4p. Manny fought Shane when he was no longer even a top 10 p4p fight, no longer a top 5 welterweight, and had no title coming off of a draw to Mora. All the fights that Pacquiao lost were due to it being an even playing field; either Cockroach had mistaken the cycle for the use of epo or the blood test was within the 14 day contest where he could not use the crap in a timely manner. Marquez just outboxed him and had his numbers. Morales caught Pac when he was off his epo cycle. That is the reason they need to use USADA rules. I hope Old man McCain cleans up the boxing business; enact legislation which mandates rigorous blood testing!

@joseminano ha ha ha amigo no use to sour grape. Marquez agreed to the weight issue so you can't complain about it, he was clearly beaten. Even if Mayweather was at the weight limit same thing will happen because in that fight there was no KO and it was not power that made the difference but skills.
On the other hand Marquez clearly beat Pacquiao both times, even if you count the punches one by one in slow motion.
Pacquiao thrives only on washed up ex champ like Margarito etc.
