@Rayloverkitty strange on the OP and the original from juno it's a little more slow, the difference is slight though but it did feel weird when i heard it :P
@Seremothgr the opening is Xavier's edit. that's why it feels a little bit slower, but on the official soundtrack this is the track. this is the original song from Juno Reactor. again, i ripped it off the official soundtrack.
@Rayloverkitty It's not like that on my "beyond infinite" album of Juno but i guess they must have changed it in the official soundtrack of texhnolyze
@olympiada06 Ran isn't actually evil. she just wants to defy her fate as the Seer (see-er). she sees the doomed city in the future, so she tries to make it so that ichise and her never meet so that it never has to meet its end. ran is a critical character in the series and helps drag it along, as well as ichise.
@Rayloverkitty SOrry, just saw this. I just finished Texhnolyze tonight and I'm disturbed. I was really enjoying it until the last volume. I didn't like how it ended.
@olympiada06 i cried at the end. everyone dies, the humans are doomed, and therefore, we exile our own existence. it's an anime about understanding the cruelty of the human mind... and our behavior towards one another. it's just an anime that is sadly beautiful.
@Rayloverkitty I didn't cry but I agree, its tragically beautiful. I'm not sure if its about cruelty only. Since I believe in God, I believe there is more at play then just human action. May I ask your religious beliefs?
@olympiada06 i'm a catholic myself, but the series has to deal with human reactions and their decisions. for example: if humans were happy the way they were, they wouldn't have tried to condem themselves by forming the alliances that fought against the government (RACAN, etc.) what ending did you see? cause the series ended when everyone died and you see ichise fading into nothingness as his texhnolyze dies.
@Rayloverkitty Yes, that's the ending I saw. I'm Orthodox. I was disturbed by the lack of God in the anime. That's all I can say. I'm familiar with Buddhist philosophy too, I went to a Buddhist temple as a teenager.
