get a boost valve and it won't smoke like that. I run level 4 all day long and never see smoke. It's a $30 part and makes your truck look a lot cleaner.

Joke, my truck would eat his alive, and it's full power and an extended cab vs. his reg cab. The lag in a diesel is turbo lag, and the several thousand that you'd dump into a bolt-on kit (good luck finding one, btw) would buy compound turbos for the dmax. Another $100 for a custom tune, no injectors, no fuel mods, & almost zero lag -see you at the track...
@jt4265 I'm not a tree hugging bitch. I love vehicles that get horrible mileage. I also love 4 and 5 dollars for a gallon of fuel. Makes the economy better. Gas engines just have a lot better response. I like the way diesels can run with minor mods but for pulling i will always go with a big fuel guzzling gas engine.
