or u dont buy any monomates at all for rangers because as u could tell most of the time u will be staying back alot so u dont have to buy any for rangers and as 4 monomates will last rangers a while as well.

this gave is still awesome offline in my oppion there are a few things that you can NOT do offline but you can do online but it is still an amazing game and really i think it is better but that is my opion and you can do multiplayer also and i just play offline with myself and my friends and the only thing you can really do online is trade in photon drops and turn monster parts into special weapons a.k.a. rare weapons an well thats is your questions answer

The majority of people who owned this game probably never took it online anyway. It came out at a time when online console gaming was in really early stages.

When it launched on the Gamecube, it had the problem of Nintendo barely supporting the online features. Network adapters were hard to find, in US and EU this game was pretty much the only online game for the Gamecube too.

So yea, it's well worth it offline. Online was just packed with people hacking items and cheating anyway.

ahh yeah it is but you get lonely though still and wish to play with somebody though, u could buy the one for xbox 1 or gamecube that allows you two play with somebody split screen but the only unforgivable thing is that you can see any of your weapons stats or item descriptions which is bad enough to somebody who's a vet of the game but to somebody that's new that's just totally out of the question, which brings me to the question, does anybody know if blue burst is free to play online an down

I just picked this game back up again and I remmeber before I had a lvl 59 redrie HUmar. It was hard finding good swords with that ID so I'm making a HUcast with Skyly this time. Would that be better? Also, should I aim to do the SOul Eater quest? Thanks in return.

A Redria for any class is good, as it provides a lot of defensive armor, and some decent weapons for everyone.

The Soul Eater process takes a while, but it's good EXP, but the reward is well worth it for any melee class (ESPECIALLY FOmars and FOmarls. Mind you, my FOmarl at level 86 or so still uses a Soul Eater).

I don't recommend it, you can get a lot of great things from Redria, including Lavis cannon + Syncesta. Swords aren't that great, there's only a few that I would use in an Ultimate playthrough.
