Im just curious. I JUST purchased mine, and in the process of setting it up. I know if its a Leigh, its top notch. But maybe you have found something the engineers have possibly overlooked? Thanks.
@allmarine68 - good question! The hardboard alignment jig gives additional back support and decreases vibration when working on the unsupported end of the stock.

Why didnt you just set the stop on the Jig? Once it is set, you have the same ability to reproduce an infinite number of pieces.
