You can either

1) pre-install stuff via LAN or an external usb drive

2) copy an ISO image on the drive (well, not on a 4 gig SSD... but the eee1000 will have a 80 gig HDD that ought to be enough) and emulate a CD/DVD drive with Daemon Tools.

Even if you want to play your original game, you may need to crack them (the protection systems check the disc, which here they can't).
