My week has been pretty awesome actually I had my first date with a boy from work and I'm really starting to like him and tomorrow we are hanging out again after work. =) it's really awesome
I did an 8k run for rugby last year. I wish we'd run more. It feels greaaat :) I surprised myself that I could even run for that long! I did take a few walks but definitely not as much as i expected I would need. Since my treadmill is broken and it's winter here; when I go back to school(Tuesday) Im gonna start running on the treadmill in the gym every Mon,Wed, and Fri :) then do abs and arms workouts at home on Tues and Thurs:) Do you think that sounds alright? Im pretty pumped anyways :)
Half Marathon Virgin in the house!!!! what what!! Just finished the ING Miami half marathon, but no mattter what, first milestones are always tough!! So big congrats RAWRawn!!! You deserve a huge fist pump!! fist pump it up!!!

Nice job running the 10k! I remember being confused about the mile markers as well. The 1st 10k I did the same thing. I thought I had huge way to go a paced myself, and then had the the energy to sprint when I saw the finish line.. getting a not so great time.

Walking my time yesterday, I started my last lap and thought, ok that's enough, but then you doing your 10k popped in my head and heard you say I believe in you! Got the tingles and kept going to finish my lap. That is how you inspire me! I weigh in tomorrow, but as of last Monday down 91.1. I believe in you!
I think my week went okay in terms of healthy bodying and healthy minding all that stuff! :P I'm not following a raw diet like you but I think your drive is very motivating to a lot of people!

I do enjoy the party from time to time...I have DRASTICALLY cut down on my alcoholing I just dont want it as much because I feel so hungover the next day and its harder to work out...ask yourself this...Can you still have fun without the boozing? If No is there some Kinder drinks that you can drink without Loads of Cornsyrup and Tons of sugars (sake?) I don't have a cam, but my weeks goals went great. I biked 70 miles this week, my goal was 60. Weight trained 3 days. The goal I've had the largest problem with is writing down the food I eat. To end on a good note I'm down 23 pounds 46 to go. This is my 5th week in my quest. I feel so much better its unreal. Thanks Rawn for making these videos they have really helped
Good job Rawn! As for my goal to quitting smoking I totally failed..I need to quit letting myself down and poisoning my body..I know that but the actually doing it is hard..but I just gotta take it day by day..thanks for keeping me motivated for a healthier mind body and life! Love ya Rawn! :)
