  • Elvis did Roy Hamilton's style justice. Seriously.

  • Holy Hell...Roy Hamilton checked out in 1969! Way too soon! But he made his mark. "Don't Let Go" was one of the greatest little cookin' pop songs ever.

  • Just look at that infectious joy on his face! The song isn't much, but Roy gives it style, energy and swing. Wonderful footage. You know, I don't see the point of comparing musicians - one on one, who was best? Who cares. Material like this shows there was always a whole pantheon of talented individuals, each bringing something marvelous to our culture.

  • but atleast Elvis pulled it off superbly.and didnt shame Roy!

  • Jackie Wilson also learn some tips from Roy Hamilton in the dance moves, Roy ,Jesse Belvin and other R&B performers of the 50s should be inducted to the rock and roll hall of fame, the Rhythm and blues hall of fame and others and be on TV one Unsung to talk about his life and career,so Roy wont be forgotten along with others who is gone but not forgotten

  • Look how he moves.....Elvis copied it all!

  • Elvis stole everything from this man.....Damn

  • SUCK ON THIS! today's "artist"! no computers, no remixing, dubbing whatever just something that is fairly rare these days: TALENT!

  • @littleghost82 Good luck in trying to tell these kids today that most of the singers they listen to are greatly enhanced by auto tunes and voice modulators. Roy Hamilton was pure raw talent, no hype needed...are you listening Beyonce......Mary J.Blige...& a long list of others...

  • OMG... this is one of my favorit songs, they don't make them like Roy no more, I am so inlove with his voice, absoluteley outstanding, God's child... Add more of his stuff please... He was so awesome, I'm sad that his life was so short lived, but God had other plans for him... Rest eternally beautiful one...

  • what a performance!!!!!
