Very funny !! Seriously though i have trained a couple times with Spour and have to say i thought and still think he`s a good combat instructor ! On the other hand i can`t get out of my head the number of times he gave great detail about his little follies ! around the world and how he slagged off people who claim to be warriors and weren`t ! So good instructor! but as MAN he`s a lying prick with no real sense of honour!

I trained with him a few times at the Pershore Road gym in birmingham, very down to earth guy, good instructor too.

But to make money on SAS claims as he has done, well to be honest he dug his own grave.
