dude the song cant get sped up, you see the light flashing on the life bar? if u clicked another video the light wouldnt be flashing that fast, pull up 2 windows compare the speed of the life bar flashing to each other, u'll see what i mean

it's not the arrow speed, it's the song speed. it's in the second option's window that appears if you hold "return"

i have this game, if u go to the options and u put it at 3x rate the entire song wont speed up 3 times faster, for EX. ill put it in terms u can understand, if a song is 3 minutes long, and u put it at 3x rate, the song wont go 3 times faster and end up being only 1 minute, the song's chart AKA: notes, get spaced apart and only speed up, and u can tell because at the life bar, the light that flashes thru it goes faster than normal, STUPID

you idiot. if you have stepmania you can put the arrows at 3x, or the song at 2x, as you wish.

i OBVIOUSLY know that you can speed up arrows. You can also speed up the song.

It's 10 months old, but mangasprai right....if you had stepmania you'd know. Scroll rate is the spacing of the arrows.

Song Rate is the speed of the music. A times 2 song rate is what makes it sound chipmunky. I had noobscrubs who don't know a damn thing but still want to argue....he even tries to back it up with a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo that is also completely wrong. LOL

Actually there new keyboards that let you push all for arrow keys, I had one but poured apple juice on it...If it helps, mine was a logitech keyboard, try one of those ones.

Okay, yeah. I see what you're saying now. But, no, it looks like that due to the quality of the video. If you look at the first Air...or is it Freeze? Its been a long while since I looked up the terms. Uhhh...the first area where the left anf right arrows just stretch out of the round, the Up and Down arrows are doing what you describe...but not exactly what you describe. The arrows are flashing, not shrinking, and they do that through out the whole song.

I know what you're trying to say, that they recorded it, and sped it up afterwards? At first; i thought that too (sorry :'-( ) But if you'll watch at the bottom middle, during the song, it says it's sped up.

in the game you can speed it up , so you learn to make it faster, then when you play at 1x it become more easy. I speeded it up, in The game, so i am playing that fast : ) ( it's not recorded and speeded up, yeah). Plus, pressing the button TAB, the Menu Animation Speeds up :) so u have not to wait the "ready Go"... lol .. i like speed things ^^
