i tell you. first of all train your hips, glueds. hamstrings. aslo do strenght training. then do plyometrics which will transfer all the muscles you build in to explosive power which then you could run faster. if you dont know whats plyometric go and check in google. slowly you will get everything.

Could you also work your adducter muscles using the resistance chords on top of the step? Would that put too much stress on your inner knee, or still work to stabilize the knee region and still work the hips and glutes?
Can someone explain how exercising the hips helps the knees? Thank you

I believe these exercises are great. However, do try Hindu Push-ups as well. You won't need any gadget.
