I knew Phoebe quite welll back in the 70s and I'm am so very very sad that she is gone. If anyone knows how to reach her family or friends close to her, please contact me at 646 526 3351 as I have a wonderful VHS of Phoebe and I playing together and fooling around and having fun and someone should have copy of this film.
