I think "sissy" kids is unnecessarily rude, because it is a biased value judgment. But yes, fat kids are dangerously unhealthy, & need to have this pointed out & corrected.

This commercial wouldn't fly today. Calling children "Fat Kids" or "Sissy Kids" isn't "Politically Correct" enough for today.
It's sad that the truth is labeled as wrong. :(
