For me, Tony Kakko and Tobias Sammet are the two most talented musicians in the Rock/Metal scene. Jon Oliva/O'Neill (Savatage, TSO) same league, but in a different way. And for me, Loreena McKennitt is likewise brilliant, but in yet another type of music.
