for people looking for chords, I'll say what I think they are from just watching the video you can correct me if I'm wrong. Looks like a F with the root or bass (why he has ring finger on the A string) then you just slide that shape 2( i think) frets down then he switches into a bminor bar chord then into an A. as for the picking pattern looks like bass note first then running across the rest of the chord shape then bass plus the GBE string on the downbeat. Thats what I think it is.
