Brilliant comprehensive tutorial. I've been skating with my daughter for the last couple of weeks and have decided at the ripe old age of 40 to enrol on Skate UK. My 8 year old (who has completed Skate UK 1-10, Star & Ice Dance Gold) has been 'coaching' me on Levels 1-4 this week but I can't seem to grasp the backward skating. I'm hoping that the 'Penguin Steps' will help me.  Fingers crossed - my first lesson is on Thursday!!
