Easy way to do it in veteran: Run back where you came from, hide behind the building to the left of your first approach into the theme park, behind where one of the helicopter lands. just duke it out there until your helicopter comes, at which point kill anyone in your path and run to it. I did it in veteran and it was pretty simple as long as you don't get too bold.

veteran: best place is to go behind the bumber car ride, and look for a good position to hide and to give fire when needed. the trees are the best hideouts (behind the ride) if you are pushed in defence. when the helicopter is landing go for your sergeant, and then to the helicopter

i did this level for a friend.... lol. i found it easy on hardened. all i did was he got to the checkpoint with all the helis commin down. (Which is easy.) and i ran and found a ak47 on the ground picked it up, and set C4 all the main passageway where all the guys come outta. so i blew about 1/2 of the guys commin for me and i just ran behind the bumber carts (i think) and shoot all the guys commin.

If ur gonna follow what i did make sure you don't go to deep into the corner, it radioactive.

Where are the helicopters?

When I play, I reach that part and 4 helicopters come dumping soldiers on the arena. Also, there are dogs. Impossible to beat it in veteran.

I did this on veteran, all you do is shoot all the guards until the 4 helicopters come, then you should get a checkpoint. Now run towards the way you came into this area, near where all the guards run around the corner. And turn right .Follow the street round and hide in the corner hugging the wall, don't shoot. a few grenades might get thrown towards you, but the wall will protect you. And just hide until the helicopter arrives. Then make a run for Macmillan. And towards the helicopter. :)

It is feels like a weight off of your shoulders once you have done this part of the game haha, only to find that the next level is 'heat' and you wish that you never attempted this haha :) took me a good 10 hours to complete this game on veteran, still can't get the achievement for Mile high club though, so i guess i have not fully finished this game :P, have you done mile high club?

go onto the main menu, and select to replay a mission, go onto prologue and mile high club is that level, is is really fun, but extremely hard on veteran because of time constraints. :)

This level is HIGHLY HARD if you don't know very well where to place the Claymores, and yourself.

The enemies are also too much, and the sniper riffle looses stability when you're steady too much time :/

yep, but you will still have to make some attemps before compleating it.

as soon as you kill the first wave (not the wave that gets eaten by dogs) you should sprint to the end of the map (to the place from which the dogs came) and go around the corner to a little alley.

this alley is the biggest spawn point so if you will go over there there will be segnifficantlly (i don't know how to spell it) enemies on the map.

then when the hellicopter arrives fight your way back to McMillan and save him

I got this game and thought 'oh I've been playing FPS games on the PC for years I'll put it on veteran difficulty' got to this level and it took me about 3 hours to do that last bit; I just kept either getting over run or running out of ammo - one of the hardest FPS game levels I've ever played but equally one of the best. As soon as I'd finished the game through the first thing I did was come back and play this level of the hardest difficulty; just to see if I could!

Haha if you wanna complete this on veteran then wait until he says "enemy choppers inbound." During this time you can run straight towards the area where the enemies come from, then turn left and keep going until you find a small room/hallway on the right. You can hide in there and snipe the enemies coming the other way. Then you just have to make it across the grounds again and pick up your friend.

Hmm this gotta be on easy because there are no attack dogs, in the difficulty i played there were like 10 dogs attacking both us and them, but i cant see and dogs.

God. I just love these two levels, All Ghillied Up and One Shot, One Kill.

I love how they make it look exactly like Chernobyl, and I also love the stealthiness and such of the whole level.

This level, I believe, is what absolutely makes the game.

It's so easy i did it on veteran without dying. I hid behind the dogems stage and sniped anyone who came close. When the baddies are coming for the first time, wait for the right moment then shoot at the swimming pool, then thats the first wave gone.

There is radiation, today you could probably spend a week there without getting a lethal dose. Wouldn't recommend it though.

Back then, 15 years ago, there would probably be some highly radioactive areas. You would have to watch where you go.
