I am pretty sure unless I got the episode wrong. One of the polls on the official website talks about Callie and Arizona talking and the poll is asking what does Arizona refer to Callie as (butterfly, newborn, baby...etc...).

Then again i might have gotten the episode number wrong.

I the last episode, Callie referred to her as perky and she complained that Arizona had butterflies on her scrub cap...that was the chapel scene with Addison, and Arizona wasn't anywhere near. Maybe the poll refers to that?

No, it actually says that Arizona refers to Callie as something not the other way around.

Then people on the site commented that it was probably "butterfly" because of that scene you mentioned. Other people thought newborn or baby because she's a peds surgeon and probably talks peds language.
