its better to get a VSK-94, simpler design, lighter, longer foregrip and does everything the VSS does, oh and the only difference that i know of between VSS and AS val is just the stock

@Umimugo AS VAL usually have a 20 rnd magazine, and a high rate of fire. VSS use 10 rnd magazines and semi-auto.

@pokercees well ....if your from Russia ....i would consider visiting or calling Izhmash concern in Izhevsk and asking them about there current civilian inventory ...I seen a kid from Russia with a civilian legal semi auto krinkov at a s.t.a.l.k.e.r fan club in Russia shooting event so im sure they have legal guns for sale .

isn't this actually an AS Val silent assault rifle? It appears to have the foldable metal buttstock and not the skeletonized wooden one of the Vintorez sniper rifle...nice video anyway it's always very difficult to find media about these weapons...
