@aby86u kittens are used to getting grabbed by the neck by their mother... so theres no way that it's hurting them unless theres some sort of metal spike instead thats meant to hurt them... which i HIGHLY doubt is the case lol. if anything they just dont find it comfortable... the same way you would feel if you stuck your head in your sleeve hole instead of the hole meant for your head. no harm done.
