  • Great vid!

  • My ALL TIME Fav Player, Much Respect

  • that crossover of his, and how fast he would get to the basket was just amazing, i don't think any player had an explosive first step like grant hill in his prime-he wud also have been top 3 of all time with triple doubles if he remained healthy..one of the greatest regardless..

  • if phoenix only had nash hill stoudemire and shaq all in there primes....

  • Rare dunker who had zero emotions after an emphatic dunk. Most players had swag over 9000 after they do it. I like it

  • thats my boy!!!!

  • i miss the 90's grant hill so much. im from det and he was my fav player as a teen.

  • CMON PAT!

  • the commentators never believe what they just saw

  • One of the best to ever do it. You will also notice that he very rarely talked junk after catching someone with a good dunk. That #1 dunk on Alonzo Mourning should have been rewind to the play before that on the other end of the court. Alonzo had gotten a nice dunk and was talking trash to Grant Hill. One last note... I'm sure there are a lot more than 11 highlight dunks by Grant, especially when he was in Detroit. He was a pure beast before the injuries.

  • I bet that the one dislike are from Alonzo Mourning. !

  • cmon pat 1:49

  • man . only if he wasnt injured. hes as good as MJ

  • @Traumerei112 Not that good but damn sure on a level near MJs.

  • why everytime grant hill dunks down the commentators have to mention his age?

  • Mr Nice guy! but beware coz he can dunk on anybody... :)

  • gh4 was my favorite player after mj ,in h.s i use to wake up early on saturdays to watch nba inside stuff ,i really miss those times..

  • What if Grant Hill never got injured?

  • @superjepoy He would have been Kobe and Shaqs main competition. I think him and T-Mac could have done something good in Orlando. I think he would have been the best player in the league over Iverson and Kobe. The NBA got kinda boring with the Lakers playing the Nets. Nobody could stick shaq so i think he still would have came up short as a champion. Its amazing he is still playing

  • the #3 is very similar to MJ best dunk on Ewing..MJ using behind the back spin the defender, while Grant using front cross over....Best i like.

  • Thumbs If you've never saw a Top 11 Before this one

  • I could watch these 90's bball highlights alll day long... so good.

  • Grant Hill = #1 Most underrated player ever

  • Mark Davis (Sixers) should''ve been in there, but cool list! Also in college vs NC State (LaKista McCuller), he cites that as his favorite ever.

  • G Hill was a beast before the injury

  • I'm very glad to see this film !

He has shown us such fantastic dunks as them.

I hope to see him play longer !!

    thank you ^^

  • Grant Hill is the reason why i started to play basket.Know what I'd not change it if i could.

  • I kind of like the ones when he was older. They look a bit smoother IMO.

  • great music man, is that rammstein?

  • @wafrhest

    Yes it is.

  • one of the greatest players..in and out of the court...how i wish grant and steve will have a ring someday...

  • just looking at those highlights..... you really need to take in consideration that GH without the injury bug Would be consider a top 10 or maybe top 5 wing player this game has ever seen. his 1995 moves looked pretty sick a combo of power, explosiveness, finess, craftyness, and smart-ball...come to the buls in 2012 with your veteran leadership and help us win a ring YEAH i SAID IT

  • man Grant Hill use to be posterizing people back then.

  • Great list but u are missing his two dunks in 1 game on Theo Rattilff. 2 hand smash after a spin move yeah 4 those who forgot he was the "Air" apparent b4 he got hurt, doing that dunk u have as #1 in the playoffs while he was already injured that was the last time he was healthy until about 3yrs ago now.

  • @smaylin22

I didn't miss those dunks you mentioned...they simply didn't make the cut. The 11 dunks you see here are my personal preferences (out of the 20+ GH dunks I've reviewed). ;-)

Thanks for the compliment dude. Much appreciated. =)

  • Grant is purely "AWESOME " I'm still a fan of Grant Hill thanks for the upload.

  • Nice dunks. Still..his moves to get to the rim were more impressive. If you see 1 Grant Hill dunk, you've seen them all. Most of them are the same IMO.

  • The BEST Grant Hill video on YouTube!!!

  • An incredible dunk countdown for an incredible and classy player. I guess it's the bitter Jalen Rose who disliked this cool video lol!

  • two words..BAD ASS

  • that last dunk look at alonzo mourning, its like he's saying forget man, i dont even care anyore awwwwww

  • Grant was awesome, that top dunk should get better recognition. I mean when you talk facials and on Mourning thats right up there with Vinces best efforts, but you rarely see Grant in discussion and highlights of the best dunks/facials. Also his left-handed oop dunk in his rookie year(from memory) was incredible.

  • called that number on e before i saw what was no 1! nice choice... awesome dunk

  • crap, how far back did massenburg fly????

  • Nice, first time i hear Rammstein while watching my favorite sport

  • @cypressspm13

Agreed. A bad-ass dunk countdown + a bad-ass music to pump it up!

  • is a lyal fan to GH!

  • @coolcut11 We all have our own preferences. But I still prefer this 1-handed dunk on Boozer more than that lame 2-handed stuff on Majerle (GH's 2nd year in the NBA).

  • @coolcut11 Sure, but the word "lame" is also not appropriate for that Boozer dunk!

  • @coolcut11 No it doesn't. And who says I disregarded GH's dunks in the past? FYI, I was already working full time when GH was still in Detroit & I've been a fan of him ever since! But we're not talking about who dunked on who, but who gets dunked on! Just like I said, we all have our own preferences. For me, a 38 y.o. GH who can still soar just like the old days makes it extra special.

But for you to say that my countdown isn't perfect because I didn't agree w/ you makes your point worthless.

  • @coolcut11

...and besides, I didn't make this countdown... HELLO! I simply agreed with it. If it's me who made this, I would've included A LOT MORE dunks and come up with a top 20+ list that still won't include your favourite Majerle dunk!

  • Still my favorite NBA player!

  • Damn. Grant Hill climbed all the way up Mt. Mutumbo and took a nice, heavy shit on the mountainpeak.

  • Grandpa G Hill still dunking over today's players. Imagine what the 90s G Hill would do to today's NBA.. scary

  • @brian05fubu

Agreed. Had he stayed healthy all these years, no doubt he's already got a ring or two. Nonetheless, at least he's still playing and making up for the lost times despite the setbacks in the past. Think about it, he and Shaq are the only remaining players from Dream Team 3 that's still playing today!

  • I like GH33.

  • awesome spin at #3

  • @GrantHill Reminds me of the baseline move of MJ + the facial on Patrick Chewing!

  • It's about time a countdown playlist for Grant Hill is made. Thanks for making this happen...I agree with all your selections here! ;-)

  • This just never gets old.

  • where 's grant hill on diop? btw thanks!! this is my favorite player ever!!

  • @mmja05

    "Where's Grant Hill on Diop?"

    Outside the top 11.

While it's a good dunk for the aging Hill, I think his other PHX dunks on this list (against Noah & Boozer in particular) are way better than that.

  • I have a lot of respect for Grant Hill. With all the injuries he has had in his career he could have just retired to a becah somewhere, but he loves the game so much that he has rehabbed and still plays at a high level.

  • Lol, I didn't notice #2 was actually blocked (thanks for the pause)...but this is Grant Hill we're talking about! Great highlight! =D

  • Whoever gave this great countdown a thumbs down is a retard fucking faggot who envies Grant Hill and his classy personality! What a tool! He's most probably a nuthugger of one of the players that GH owned in this list! Screw you hahaha!!! =P

  • @CAPTAlNAmerica I'm sure it's Alonzo Mourning who disliked this video lol!

  • @CAPTAlNAmerica I'm sure it's Alonzo who disliked this video lol!

  • thumbs up of course, but there's a two hand INYOURFACE over Mutombo I'd have really liked to see in the top 5 there...huge dunk.

It's so hilarious how little air he's got in those Phoenix jersey wearing plays ehhehe....but he can still rock it on youngsters, I think it's the element of surprise too, they're not expecting Gramps Hill to actually put them on a poster !

  • @yoe91 I remember that dunk on Mutombo you're talking about (a two-handed jam)...it was constantly being shown (in slo-mo) along with other highlights in the "I Love This Game" ads...

Seeing 2 dunks from PHX that made it to this list is a reminder to all youngsters that GH still got some hops left!

  • @MlKETYSON you're the man !! Great to see some people really paying attention...that awesome 90's early 2000's era commercial, slow mo in deed, the last image on the ad.

I then saw it somewhere else with a better angle....ewwwwhhhh, what an inyourfacer...I'll look for it here on youtube...

  • grant hill should never retire.. he´s so fun to watch nd right now he´s still playing at a very high level.

  • A lousy D by Majerle sure helped making the #1 dunk on this list a memorable play! Sorry 'Zo, just wait for V. Carter in a few years!

And I thought the #2 dunk was sick already due to the degree of difficulty (I mean, a blocked dunk that went in? C'mon!).

#3 reminds me of MJ's baseline move against the Knicks (Starks & Oakley) before flying towards Ewing for a facial.

GH has given us a lot of memories to cherish. I sure hope he gets a ring before hanging up his #33...& become a HOF later on!

  • grant hill is great.a prime hill would at least make it even with lebron now if not beating him. and the advantage he has over those stars now is that he has class. hill is the one of the very few classy players that are still playing today, and as a 37-8 year old player i think his performance is amazing, probably second to jordan as an old player.

  • not feelin that music ! but the clips were great to see ! grant hill Is the truth !

  • role model player, kids these days should take note

  • Amazing! Three great Georgetown centers in their PRIME (Ewing, Mutombo & Mourning) got owned by a healthy Grant Hill!!!

Imagine had GH remained that way...tsk tsk tsk! =0

Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

  • best SF classical NBA player ever

  • Thanks for the upload! GH was one of the reasons why i fell in love with bball. Thnks for the great memories Grant!!!

  • Just like old times...boy I miss the 90's NBA!

  • I miss the "prime years" of Grant Hill. I'm thankful that despite the injuries, he's still playing good and now in excellent health. This list brings a lot of childhood memories! Thanks GH!

  • Still my favourite player EVER!

  • This is a DAMMMNNN SICK LIST!!! Total ownage by Grant!!! =D

  • Definitiely one of my favorites! :D

  • @feaRLaFrentz I most certainly agree!

  • Thanks for reuploading and the prompt action, Grant...now the audio on this one is corrected! Definitely a thumbs-up! =)
