thunder over louisville is the best, i am right next to the bridge every year. you have not seen a fireworks display until you've seen thunder over louisville, it is the shit!!!!!

i was born in kentucky i lived there well to about 7 months ago i lived in many parts but all in 100 mails of each outher im 13 i turn 14 junr 10th i lived in sheperdsville mountwashington louisvill and redclif every day on the news there was someone who got killed or murderd shot stabed or raped louisville is cool but to much hate down there i now live in NC and i miss kentucky but if you move to louisville kentucky your moveing to hell..

Louisville has a crime rate slightly better then most cities of comparable size numb nuts. MUCH better then Detroit for sure!

Louisville is awesome. I'm from Cincinnati and moved to Louisville 5 years ago and am glad I did. It has so many local charms and the food and art scene is amazing. Downtown is being revitalized, market street, Frankfort Ave., Bardstown Rd., Old Louisville (the largest neighborhood of Victorian homes in the country), UofL (rocks by the way), the park system and so much more. I can't believe the number of people who have lived in Louisville their whole life and know nothing about their city!

Thunder is awesome! i have gone every year since i moved to southern indiana when i was four. i love how they always wait five or six minutes before the grand finale and the ppl who are there for the first time think its over lol

That Museum Plaza blows away anything that Chicago is doing (well, except for the Spire--that will be tremendous, but we HAVE to compete with Dubai). The Sears Tower is like the lamest clump of steel--I think we're all a bit embarrassed by it. I'm watching Trump's building grow by the day. Nice, and will be tall, but no Museum Plaza.

Every city talks about a "GREAT" fireworks show. This is the best I've seen on the Net. The creative use of the bridge, the groundworks, and the two rocket stations - only seen multiple rocket stations in a few major cities - which totally amazes me. Unfortunately, those cities are NY and CHI and there's too much building mass in the way for their shows. - but, CHI has lake effect winds, sweeping out the sulfur.
