Sorry about multiple posts, but these are very back to basics but they, to me, are back to basics in a very modern way. All shoes that I have ever seen are based on a flat sole and straps.
I remember AL Bundy made so shoes like this and the show was hilariious! They really help you while walking? And do you wear them in the cold weather?
Yeah I remember Bundy with those shoes LOL. The shoes themselves don't help you to walk better, they force you to walk better or in a more natural way because you feel like you are barefoot and don't have the cushening to protect your foot. Yes I wear KSO TREK when it is cold outside with injinji toe socks.
when you say Chameleons, do you mean the ones that Merelle makes? Becuase if it is there is a big difference between them and the VFF and that's the thickness of the shole. the VFF's sole are like 1/32'' thick so no coushening where the merelles do.

I have really been interested in these type of shoes. I got some Chamelons instead. They have always looked more like a grea summer shoe.

Yeah the Merrels Vibram. These have always seemed, correct make, water type shoes, or are you saying that these shoes have more cushing?

Yeah the Merrels have too much coushening in the soles to allow you to walk normally or as you were meant to when you walk barefoot
