@skaterland6 Two strokes are more reliable than four strokes because there is less moving parts and can be run at high rpm for extended periods of time unlike four strokes because of the springs weaken and you get valve float. I own a 1000cc triple two stroke snowmobile and it has over 3k miles and never had to rebuild it, revs to over 9k and can hold it for as long as you have gas or oil.

I have just finished fabricaiting a power band from 2 CR500 Powerbands.

It is the Equal to a 1000 powerband. Never been done before. Going to try it for hillclimbs & drags. Will be available on Ebay if people are Interested post a comment!!!

XR 80 are only slower than YZ 80 because XR 80 don't have a power band and YZ 80 does. XR and YZ are different class bikes. CR and YZ are the same class.

Dunno man. It looks like Oregonia Ohio's hill climb and it takes 10 minutes to walk up a hill that the bikes are doing in 6 to 8 seconds. It don't look steep like the classic hillclimbs do but it is way steeper when you are looking at it in person. I thought the same thing till I rode my CR 500 up the damn thing in the summer once. Steeper and more treacherous than I thought just looking at it casual like for sure. It looks WAY steep looking up from the starting line.
