Well, then you have Magibon :) She's white from America.

I absolutely love her 'cause she has the baby doll look and is in Japanese Playboy and on TV for it. She's not Japanese, like most people would think, she's actually a mix more similar to mine: American Indian and white.

But Gyaru and Ulzzang are just STYLES and anyone can use them. :) It just seems to look better on girls with small faces (and noses) and round eyes. :) They don't necessarily HAVE to be Asian.
