Can anyone explain to me what is going on in this video? More specifically why is buck 65 in a poor man's sailor outfit who interrupter a couple from dancing to drag her upstairs...

@TheGtatters i think the girl at the first is his girlfriend who hasn't seen him for a long time and after a while her friend makes her go out and enjoy life. Where they get drunk and meet some guys. the guys are old pervs in my eyes and try to get them drunk in order to misuse them. After a while she becomes really drunk and doesnt know what is happening anymore and Buck comes in to take her away and put her safely in bed. Saving her from making a mistake
