I never knew much about this band so I checked out this video and a few others and wasn't all that impressed prior to seeing them at the XPN Festival.......I don't know if it's just me but I just thought they were a ton better live than on any of their videos.

Reading a book called 'the lonely polygamist', the antagonist is named Ted Leo, so I had to see what this band I've heard of looked and sounded like. Good song. Oddly this Guy is how I'd imagine the character looking, only 30 years older and dressed in 70s western wear.

I love them... I saw them live less than a week after they released this album...it was amazing. They're even better live and actually had some of the audience members come up on the stage and do karaoke. I love all of their albums. My favorite song by them is Me and Mia

Nice, the new album sounds great! I've wondered when Ted is going to blow-up. His music is impossible to dislike and he puts on a great live show. Maybe, this is it?

He said in an interview that he's been given chances to do 'bigger' things that would get more people to hear his music. like writing jingles for a car ad, lol. But he says his music is to make a point and that maybe one day, if he wants to sell cars, then he'll write a jingle :P

I hope he gets more popular though. His music deserves to be heard!!
