Well, referee was obviously on side of Concepcion, he judged re-taking penalty against Rangers three times, and in fourth Concepcion scored a goal... That frustrated this Rangers player who tried to strangle the referee... Hope that both of then don't see the pitch any more, specially the referee....... xD
