What about a fire alarm? A bell to go to their next class? Would it be a light or would their teacher sign to them when to go?

@SarahBrennan7 the alarm would be a rotating red light while the bell for next class would be a flashing light. some schools might just have the teacher tell them when to go, i went to a hearing school without a bell, we relied on the teachers to let us out. some schools might also have a noise to go along but i don't know enough to make that call

@dk5388 That's a big misunderstanding! Deaf people are not aways quiet. Keep in mind some of these kids are hard of hearing, so in turn you make as loud of noise as you can make to get ones attention (unless of course you can just flicker the lights). And if someone is sitting across from you offten times we bang on the table, as they will feel it. Some Deaf choose to speak orally too, and others might just laugh loud or make other noises and not know it. Trust me we can be loud! lolz.

@123nickiv yes i know that, my gf has deaf parents and even though they only talk when they have hearing guests over they are still loud with sign words whick requires them to smack their hands together and when they move stuff around

@123nickiv i understand...i mean even though i am hearing i still hear nothing but noise in their house, even though the parents are deaf but the kids (my gf and her sister) is hearing i still hear noise...but its just the parents told their teachers in the deaf college said the deaf schools are so much quiter than in a main stream school...so that is why i made that comment

It was so Beautiful Education for Deaf and So nice place than before. I am so proud of  deaf school!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOAAAAAAAA! RAHHHHH!!!!!

Ooohhh very good!!! my parents r deaf but they didn't have schools like this one and i am so proud that there are such gr8 schools in US that's FANTASTIC!!!
