be careful with steroids.

i don't think FAME allows steroid use.

besides, it endangers your health.

hey bro youre not an avid filipino bodybuilding fanatic casimiro was always beaten up by anthony manjares. last year 2008 ensayo classic championship PRO divison jonathan casimiro was only 4th place. Jerick ternida won that event, rene dio 2nd, anthony manjares 3rd. little bit of history my friend in phil bodybuilding. and he is no much with jay catli or dondon cortuna

I told you he was beaten again by anthony manjares in mr.philippines selection for mr.universe for germany held in music museum oct 16 2009,,jonathan was second again. he was smooth same conditon always. he is big but not dry
