  • Though I've tried it on the harmonica, I'll stick with it on accordion. It's way easier.

  • Thanks for posting, it`s funny how little things in your life make a mark forever. Every time I hear this song it takes me back to the early 60s when I was 6 or 7 years old, we would take a school outing to Ainsdale beach only a dozen or so miles away and the teachers would have us singing this song on the bus at the top of our voices...happy days.

  • im 12 now and my grandad used to sing it to me before he died. makes me upset but its a beautiful song :)

  • Dear Kyong,

  • Dear Kyong, thank you very much for this very nice song and the beautiful photos. I am gonna try to play this song on my Suzuki chromatix-64 notes.

Good luck with playing other new songs.

    Greetings Chris fromn Holland.

  • a bit difficult to play with the octave.haha...thanks for your tips.

i like music very well, but i don't like to read the music note, because i don't know how to read...

  • dear kyong lee,

the octave tremolo how to play?

my octave tremolo is key c and g, don't know how to play.

i have learn the harmonica 2 months, very worst.

i have posted a video, please give me some comments.

wasting your so many time, forgive me.

  • Dear Theodora,

You have played very well. For octave technique, block middle part with your tungue except right and left edges so that you are making two sounds, one is melody and other is one octave lower tone making bass accompanyment.

And mix this technique and tunguing techniques. Hope it helps you.

The most important thing is having fun with music. Try to focus more music note, tempo and expression!!! They are more important than playing technique itself.

    Kyong Lee
