A diet that's not restrictive? A diet needs 2 be restrictive, and needs to be different than what ur eating habits will be like once u've reached ur goal weight. This is cause the body treats ur current weight as normal, & also doesn't like change, doesn't like 2 re-adjust fat around the body as u lose weight. So it will fight u, & try 2 spring back 2 original weight. I've dieted many times where i just eat healthy, it doesn't work. Feeling hungry is necessary, that's when fat is being used.
Ive noticed in your videos that you hicup/ have upcomming gas/ pressure when you talk alot.. maybe something youre eating isn't working for your body.
I think I found or pretty close to it on a High Raw Vegan diet. The vegan part is a breeze for me no desires for all the bad processed stuff I used to eat.
Hey has anybody considered the Acuspeed 24 Diet (just google it)? I keep hearing some great chatter about it and my buddy lost tons of pounds on it.
