  • Thanks for making this available. Brought back many memories from the past. Memories of departed mates, good times and bad, love and laughter, and brought tears to my eyes.

Thank you very much. Ummagumma is one of their very best works, but I have no favorites, I love all their work.

  • Esta época de Pink floyd es de lo mejor. Me fazcina.

  • I remember doing MDA back in Illinois tripping my ass off to this Album thank you Floyd.

  • if you like music, you really can't get much better than this. (and i hate birds)

  • if you like music, you really can't get much better than this.

  • It's been thirty years since I took a hit of acid, but the thought of watching this while tripping is tempting indeed! Brilliant.

  • Fantastic, indeed! Ron Geesin was a huge influence to Roger, as can be heard in many of their earlier records, particularly here on UMMAGUMMA and then on ATOM HEART MOTHER, of course (although the influence and wonderful weirdness can be heard in a variety of ways). Pure perfection; this video, this song, this everything.

  • Wow, nice rendition! Thanks for the effort.

  • I dunno, I dont like this album as much as I like the later ones, meaning dsotm, wall, wywh and meddle

  • @YayJike meddle was a good album

  • Costfilms, you have made me re-experience my first time tripping on acid. A Pink Floyd cover band, called Think Floyd, played a lot from Ummagumma when I saw them live in Missouri at a hippie festival. That was one of the happiest nights of my life!! Sitting under the dark starlit sky listening to Think Floyd while others were sharing my exact mindset. It was a gorgeous time. Nothing can ever compare to that night. I wish I could stay in that night forever, but you brought me back momentarily.

  • No comnent

  • Very visionary video. My older brother turned me on to Pink Floyd and their album Ummagumma, a rare gem. I still have the vinyl from the 70's. I wanted to buy it on CD some years back but it was like over $40. Thank god for YouTube and people like you who can appreciate conceptual music like this.

    Thank you

    Al

  • Great job! Loved the images. Most of all, the images enhanced the true Pink Floyd. Sid Barret was an inventive genus who took acid rock to its apoge. Too bad the masses discovered them and Sid went off his rocker.

  • I like this video, acid trip...very very... thanks.

  • Para mim este album dos Ping Floyd, foi e será sempre uma obra prima da música pop-rock

  • sick acid effects and an awesome song

  • you should flip the mouth vertically at the end, makes it alot weirder.

  • I have seen these colours and been there

  • I like PF but I think I like the video better than the songs in this case. BTW where did you find the footage of the bison wandering thru the tree plantation from 3.33 - 4:05?

  • @PeteCiapa

The footage was shot near Mt. Scott on a indian reservation in Oklahoma. While shooting in the trees I heard a rummbling and saw a herd of bision move in to graze. It was quite a sight.

  • I see a yellow cat in a purple hat having a chat on the phone.

  • paints pictures in my head that no words can describe

  • OH.. MY.. GOD. that was so cool. pt. 4 is a trip. great stuff floyd!!!!

  • si es que son únicos... PinkFloyd nunca morirá

  • Pink Floyd's music is something that will never "happen" again. The originality of these guys is outstanding and unrepeatable.

  • first time someone told me there was a pink floyd album called umma gumma i just laughed because i was very stoned at the time and now i love this album and have for over 20 some years

  • It is like good bye blue sky

    Ummagumma = brilliant

  • Ummagumma is my fave album tooooooo.

Love the experimental stuff they did, even though Floyd don't give ummagumma much credit... wich is a shame.

  • Video fits the music very well.

  • Costfilms, I don't know whether this will mean anything to you, but my best friend (who introduced me to this band) died some months ago. Your video revives so much, and I simply wanted to thank you for your endeavors. Cheers from Ottawa, Canada.

    Best,

    J.S.K.
