can someone tell me how I can take my individual mac eye shadows out and put them in one pallet of 16? Obviously without breaking any of my great eye shadows apart.

Yup, I have a video called 'depotting tutorial' or something like that that shows you how to do it :) All you really need is a hair straightener for the method I use

I found an awesome tutorial by "enkore makeup"

He uses alcohol instead of heat like a lot of the tutorials. I found this the easiest way to depot without breaking the eye shadow. Also, my sister found that when using a flat iron to warm the bottom; it can ruin the finish of metallic/frosty eye shadows and some people leave the heat on too long. I hope this helps you!

i had a hard time with my metal x shadows at first too but i kept working with them and found that applying them with my fingers actually work best. i have oily lids so i lightly layer them with a similar color to kind of set it. idk if that will work for you but the pigmentation and the wonderful effect the colors give are definetly worth the strange technique.

Same here! I always wanted blue eyes since I was a little kid, but mine are light brown :(

I sometimes wish I had brown eyes because I feel like with brown eyes you can pull off any color eyeshadow... blue eyes can't really wear blue it looks like overkill to me! But if I had brown eyes I would wear blue eyeshadow all the time
