I liked the Battletoads and DoubleDragon better because of it's lower difficulty but after all these years I can see that classic Battletoads were the best after all.

I have to agree. I remember when I was a kid. My friend and I played this game countless times.. I don't know how many hours we spent on it we NEVER once made it passed the speeder level. Honestly I loved the paused music. ^_^

None of the levels compares to the unfairness of level 9 - Terra Tubes. Not only is it one of the longest levels, but are so many things that can kill you in one hit.

Hats off, Im impressed. I remember this game all to well as a kid.

What stuck with me the most was the sensation of achievement after beating lvl 3 so abruptly being crushed by lvl 4's cruel difficulty, which by the way I never got past.

I'm starting to see I had no chance whatsoever of beating this game. Just seeing DT race through the bike level perfectly put my previous attempts to shame. Though I do remember playing the surf level, so I'm guessing that level was recreated on the GB version since that was the only other Battletoads game I've played and the only one I beat.

It's only a matter of how much you really want to finish it. Nothing can stand in your way if your level of determination is at 100%.

I believe that if you were motivated to beat this game, you would have no problems cutting it down to size. It is all up to you!

Yeah that is true, NESgamer190, there are some cheap jumps during this level, but I just love the level design and music. The catchy tune makes the level less of a nuisance as ShatteredSoulja pointed out.
