McCain isn't better than Bush. Bush at least led a state and made decisions up or down. McCain being a senator has been one of 100 people. We need to think about how Obama's platform would need billions of dollars, and tax everyone directly or indirectly.

Obama told half-truths and contradictions between what he says and what he has done. He said he supported offshore drilling but has opposed it for months. He talked about tax cuts but he voted for higher taxes 94 times and promises increased taxes on small businesses. He talked about reducing the size of government but has proposed hundreds of billions of dollars in new government spending. Please keep in mind that Palin has more experience than Obama. We vote primarily for the top of the ticket. Obama ran on change, but has never demonstrated a single instance of execution. The few bills that he did manage to attach his name to were for political reasons and did not take any extraordinary amount of character to support. Obama doesn't have any specific policy vision. He has followed the Saul Alinsky's strategy. The first part is to agitate, which he demonstrates every time he tells you how bad we have it. He won't debate McCain like a candidate of integrity should. Obama's distortion of McCain's policy statements is constant and disturbing. I would love to see them debate and Obama prove me wrong. The debate forum suggested by Obama is not one of dialogue by posturing.

McCain isn't better than Bush. Bush at least led a state and made decisions up or down. McCain being a senator has been one of 100 people. Voting records are killers for senators going for the presidency. I actually wanted Allan Keys back in 2000. I wish Bush was better with his agenda in shrinking government and cutting spending. They ran him as an empty suit, and Kerry ran that campaign in a half-assed way too. It was set up to run Hillary in 08, and it backfired. I want a government that keeps its hands off of our freedoms by taking little by little. I think any candidate that uses class envy is wrong for this country, and any one that tries to redistribute wealth is dead wrong. I think a flat tax rate would be best, it would cut government spending, and anyone that makes under $X can be exempt from taxes as they are now. We need to think about how Obama's platform would need billions of dollars, and tax everyone directly or indirectly.
