Is it close to Harajuku from central Tôkyo or Minato, and is it expensive there in Harajuku?

It's pretty close to hmm i say meguro, shinagawa, ebisu, shinbashi, sendagaya, tokyo tower...hmm it's close to everything! very close to shibuya as well. i think around Harajuku should be very expensive. my apartment?? it's so messy! lol
