  • Trance lovers go to Facebook page "Plain States" :)

  • eventhough the modifications made to the jumper thrusters where done ahead of schedual there is still a rising concern about how the overall initiation of the hull stabalizers is going to affect the trajectory of the slingshot through the planet into the wormhole. a slight overheat to the shield generators should boost the modified inertia dampeners to the proper calibration to compensate for the lack of heatsinks. now this is what you gusy are sounding like to me.. how does it feel huh?

  • You skip the first 30 seconds?

    /facepalm

That's the whole point of building up a track ;-P

  • @igniteice i know trance enthusiasts want to pretend they like every second of the track, but the fact is that the extended mixes which include just a basic beat for the first 30-40 seconds are purely for mixing purposes and making it easy to transition onto the next track. But you rarely hear just the beat for 1 min straight when listening to amazing DJs. if you do hear that then they are either being lazy or not good enough to transition to the meat of the song. the less intro/outro the better

  • @whatwhatwhat7 You're right that it's for mixing purposes. However, that doesn't diminish the fact that, on their own, the intros/outros building up the track and bringing it back down serve to heighten and relax the overall feeling of the track. Jumping right into a song at its "core" makes it feel empty. It removes layers. I want to listen to all of it -- every second of it.

  • @igniteice ya you are very right. and looking at the golden classics you can tell the difference between them and the newer stuff. you can tell that those intros were something else. crazy talent and effort went into productions back then from start to end.

  • @whatwhatwhat7 hahaha, you wish you knew what you were talkin about

  • @Ooptimal look, i'm talking about the simple singular beat introductions in tracks, not this one in particular because this one actually creates a nice intro that leads up. And i am definitley not talking about old school classics done by greats such as Sasha, where you used to listen from 00:00 till 12:00. i am talking about more modern trance songs with the useless singular beat that carries in the beginning and end.

  • @igniteice teach em

  • @igniteice naaaa its so other djs can mix into it

  • @MsTrance1 Yeah, and transitioning from one track into another keeps the entire set building upon itself.

  • 0:30

  • i always skip to :30 whenever i listen to this song cause it's a better intro : )
