@aurielMoon In Firefox, choose Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks (or CTRL+Shift+B). Choose Import and Backup -> Export HTML... Save it someplace. In Chrome, choose Wrench -> Bookmark manager, then Organize -> Import bookmarks. Navigate to where you saved the exported file from Firefox and choose it and Open. That's it.
Importing is similar on opera. Just make sure you export your bookmarks as HTML (not the default JSON format) ;)
@aurielMoon Oh i forgot.. i'm not sure about the passwords. I kinda doubt you can export them. Still.. having to save the passwords again is a lot easier than manually re-adding all the bookmarks ^^
can you export firefox passwords, bookmarks to google chrome/opera? or will i have to go to hundreds of my bookmark sites and redo it all?

Is your Flashplayer up2date? Does this only happen on YT / other sites that use Flash?
Have you also tried to create a new clean profile?
How many tabs are opened?
