  • I just found out I have Facet Joint Disease in my lower back and doc says I cant fix it but I can slow it done by building muscle on it but he also says I cant lift weights so what do I do? it really stumped me lol

  • My lower back is terrible.Every time I train legs via squats or leg press I always hurt it.I know I have a real weakness there but it just pisses me off that I can't train my legs the way I want to.

    my back hurts like hell aswell. for a 1 month I tried using the back machine in gym but found it didnt help like the back

  • Lower back health is a product of strengthening the muscles that support and engage movements of the back AND maintaining and promoting a neutral posture. Posture is directly impacted by the appropriate functioning of the glutes. Good mornings cover many of these bases.

  • What is better about using chains than the usual weights on the bar?

  • Nothing better, just adds some agitation. We use straight weight for this movement as well.
