(1)Dr.Manhattan- Krishna or Christ like god with 3rd eye/sun on forehead (2)A subliminal 911 formed with the twin towers forming the 11 in the beginning. (2) The Comedian assassinates Kennedy (3)Ozymandias fake nuke/terrorist attack to unite the world into a single union(NWO)/ save the world and Osiris's all seeing eye on his suit. they changed it slightly.instead of ozy teleporting a giant alien into newyork he blows up a large reactor which leaves a simular energy trail to dr manhattan therefor manhattan becomes to enemy everyone unites against. i feel it was a good choice cause i dunno if the alien would've looked good on screen.

Travis here from First Fans. I saw it a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is that I can't wait to see it 2 or 3 more times and on the IMAX. It is pretty long, but kept my interest for the entire run. Dr. Manhattan and Rorschach were the most intriguing characters for me. Malin Akerman's acting was pretty weak, but her action scenes as Silk Spectre II were badass. I will have the fans reviews this Friday morning!!!

I agree with all of you. The movie will be regardless. I just don't understand why they felt the ending needed to be changed. Why is a giant squid from outer space so unbelievable? People were okay with Transformers and zombies and Aliens...even Godzilla. So why take it out?
