  • I can see why so many believe they are descendents of ass-sniffing primates !!

  • @ccannon393fp thank you for a very good video.

  • who is this big men?2:15?

  • @bekaes83 I'd like to know, too. The guy's a GIANT. Given his height, I wonder if he's a strongman competitor?

  • @TheCelticHitman strongman no.i think he,s populariti becaouse is very big ("monster)only.greetings from Poland.

  • So is the FDA going to regulate supplements like the SEC regulated Bernie Madoff or the FTC regulated Enron? The FDA should be shut down. I don't need some government goof telling me what I can/cant put into my body. People need to grow a brain and think before they put stuff in their bodies.

The only people who support more government regulation is government employees and mega corporations who can create the rules to exclude small companies for competing.

  • lol they look for mexicans to work for em when theyr lazzy to move a fucking pill, racist.

  • I always thought it was false how they show the before and after pictures. I am always skeptical of what I put in my body. Id rather do it the long and natural way.

  • 2:15 holly shit thats a big guy

  • those products are for men with small dicks

  • @illico2ouf so u right here

  • What's with the demand for laws and Big Brother approval? No one is FORCING you to buy anything; and the law already requires that the product is safe; it's not going to do anyone any good if it's UN-safe!

As for being effective, they don't make any promises. Just don't buy it.

  • NO supplement has ANY proven benefit.

There are two kinds of supplements: hormones, and placebos.

  • @SouthParkBear

What makes you think that? there are alot of studies that has proven that protein and dextrose improve your results when you take them both right after your workout. Same with creatine which gives your more ATP muscle fuel.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheBiggydeen "What makes you think that?"

    I don't THINK it. It's a FACT.

"there are alot of studies that has proven"

Cite ONE. You can't do it.

Unless a person is deficient, there is not ONE independent, double-blind study which shows ANY connection between supplements and improved results.

    NOT ONE , i.e. NONE.

  • I am kickboxer and i had never taken any kinds of chemicals and steroids and i bet that i am stronger healtier well not exactly bigger but for sure taller than anyone who uses those kinds of things and for sure my body will stay in shape alot more years than those who take steroids btw taking steroids makes ur penis smaller u can get even bitch tits so i advise all of u that u shoudnt take any kinds of this shit and just go street fitnes and get a body of body builder but healtier and stronger

  • @nikimank taking steroids makes your balls smaller, not dick god dammit

  • @tbanickr and dick but i dont wanna talk about that u can check it

  • @tbanickr

It shinks BOTH. A man's cock has an optimal testosterone-level to grow to full size, any more or less and it goes dinky.

Just look at bodybuilders' junk, their speedo's hide nothing-- literally!

  • @nikimank where can you check it, u have any proof that it shrinks your dick?

  • @giedie1

BE WARNED: During the first 6 to 8 weeks of using a new anabolic steroid or supplement, a man's habits can shrink the penis. Some of these things include:

    - Excessive alcohol consumption

    - Use of Cannabis/Marijuana

    - Wearing of tight or restricting clothing, such as tight jeans, tight underwear etc...

    - Under eating

    - Lack of penal and/or testicular activity (masturbation, sexual intercourse, etc...)

  • @nikimank

Actually steroids shrink a man's genitals, and make a woman's larger.

  • @SouthParkBear Yep !

  • @nikimank i meant scientific proof. you have a link or something to a research on this subject?

  • @giedie1 btw do you have any idea how crazy it sounds that the MALE SEX HORMONE makes your penis shrink? so that would mean that every boy's penis will shrink during puberty?

  • @giedie1

Same way it makes your BALLS shrink, dumbass!

  • @giedie1

Yeah, just look at any bodybuilder's speedo!

  • @SouthParkBear well to be honest i think everyones penis will look small when you have like 32 inch legs

  • Comment removed

  • @giedie1

Then it REALLY looks tiny when their package becomes a postcard LOL

  • @giedie1 That my friend is the reason why I keep my legs looking small

  • @nikimank

That's a good point, if you take steroids before like age 23, then you won't grow to your full height due to epiphysial closure.

And most users start before 23.

  • @SouthParkBear Epiphysial closure occurs earlier than 23 years of age, about 20-21 in males and 17-18 in females.

  • AT LAST, THE TRUTH!

  • im glad the only things i use is protein shakes post workout, multivitamins and a cup of coffee with my morning breakfast before my workouts lol!!

  • 2nd part ?

  • lol funny but so true

  • illegal immigrants....what??? i am German and i know that is a bad term to use.. i know that it is best to say undocumented immigrants.

  • @mikelogovic

That term was invented and blown out of proportion by the right wing extremist media.

Same that stays behind the republican senator of Utah.

  • @mikelogovic

Yeah, then a bank-robbery is an "undocumented withdrawal" and a murder is "death by unnatural causes."

    FUCK YOU political-correctard!

  • @mikelogovic

It's also true that in Germany, you're not even allowed to ask regarding the count of the people killed in the Holocaust-- despite that the Nuremberg judges themselves were only able to show evidence for ONE million actual persons, NOT SIX; and even that was an ESTIMATE.

So basically your speech is only 17% free-- thus it's only natural you'd be mired in political correctness.

God bless that speech is STILL FREE IN AMERICA!

  • Im glad i know now

  • Amazing!!!

  • Bigger stronger = die faster secondary to cardiomegaly

  • Greg Valentino is just a sorry ass loser who couldn't make it in the bodybuilding world and dedicated himself during this movie to throw dirt at all that "juiced".

  • this was such a good documentary i remember when i first saw it, thanks netflix :)

  • in my opinion models are disgusting there to skinny and unattractive

  • this is a retarded video, just take whey protein, there's plenty of respectable brands out there that sell whey protein with all natural ingredients.

  • haha the problem is people are looking at supplements to fix everything without the hard work. They can help, but only if you put your hard work into it. I dont mean go till you are bored or the first sign of strain you think you got a sweat in, I mean actually put your heart into it. and it takes time, you wont see results over night.

  • That huge guy is Jones Nathan he 6'11" and he in Jackie Chan movie call First Strike.

  • @GilahdMasor this man tells the truth, thumbs him up so all can see!

  • just another video from a sooky doofus...who doesn't know how to change his workouts so his muscles don't get used to the same old workouts and as a concequence......grow

  • i love hearing people dis supps...cause they can't put on muscle..then i watch them train and laugh at their lack of intensity..i love agood protein powder , creatine, and some pre-workout NoxPump....makes me feel good...that's all that matters..

  • most people train like girls.Hey DanReborn..i'm taking muscletech',s Celltech and Muscle Warfare's NMDA test boosters...look at the ingredients on the NMDA's bottle it's incredible have gained over 12kg of muscle in 2 months.i did squats and legpresses on Sunday, it is now Tuesday and i still can't walk properly...it's agony for me to bend my legs....every gym i go to, i see people throwing aroung big weights with absolutely no intensity..then talking shit for 10 minutes

  • every nooby bb should watch this documentary.

  • right on !! great video. Its time people stop with this obsession of looking like Arnold. fuck it just look your natural self in good shape, trust me you would look a lot better than today's bodybuilders.

  • LMFAO@ NOBODY IS REGULATING THE ILLEGALS EITHER, GOT THAT RIGHT!

  • USA United Suckers Association !!!!!

  • I airbrush myself everyday and I look fantastic.

  • creatine, pre workout nitric oxide , glutamine, beta alaline, test boosters, all good shit...supps are always getting better, if u dont lift weights properly than nothing will happen...plus eat right and sleep right

  • @rhomboid11 no, they are not good shit. They are full of crap that doesnt do anything! How old are you?? If you are below 50 and are taking a test booster like ZMA, then you are a fucking moron, it might boost your test by 0.00001% at the most, and will make absolutely no noticeable gain in muscle. and how much profit do they make on that? and glutamine?? you get more than enough from every day food, you do not need it! it makes NO difference whatsover! I cant believ how naive people are

  • muscle warfare have wicked new supps...state of the art.....science

  • i dont take any supplements, saving alot of money just by doing that. the only reall supplement would be creatine or steroids, everything else is a waste of time and money

  • PART 2 ?

  • If you think the answer is to have the FDA tell YOU what you can and can't put in your body; you're insane. The FDA...the SAME company that's in bed with "big pharma" and pushing pills off on 1 out of every 2 Americans. The FDA isn't pushing to regulate supplements for your safety. It's to get the MONEY you spend on them. I don't want to have to get the government's permission to buy ginseng or licorice root. Keep the freedom to consume whatever you deem is good for you. It's your right.

  • ew those mexicans touched those pills I would sue you fool!

  • Who the fuck goes to the gym at 4 am. Cortisol is bottom and out... a person cant lift shit when he/she just woke up.

  • @jonyowe Broscience at its best.

  • This is why i don't take 99.9% of supplements, the only one i take is creatine.

  • the guy at 1:20 remembers me on NIGEL WEST DICKENS from Red dead redemption ;D;D;D

Niitrix is great , i tried it and it´s really good

  • WWWWOOOOOOOOWWW!!!!!

  • MrSiso99, N.O. explode contains lots of caffeine and caffeine is proven to work. If you live in the US your formula probably has other stimulants.

  • This is why I avoid the supplement industry. I'll stick with those who everyone endorses, rather than ever try something on my own.

  • At 1:00 it looks like ultimate orange which used to contain ma huang (which is now illegal) so that is why it says "New legal formula" so either this guy is ignorant of what he's talking about, or he's making a joke to make what he's selling more attractive to the viewer. Thank goodness he's on our side huh? I've used a few of the products such as N.O. explode as well as protein supplements with great results COMBINED with lots of brutal workouts and a healthy diet. This is sensationalism.

  • @250garbear Agreed. If we do our research, we can find out which suppliments have the most helpful benefit and which ones are a rip off. By knowing what the ingredients are, quantity, best usage, and what the actual science behind each ingredient is - one can see which will have some benefits. No doubt tho most supps are over-priced so price comparing is good idea.

  • Comment removed

  • Damn ! I feel so bad for myself..and for these who waste most of their cash buying these rip off's =(

  • @MrSiso99 Not all supplements are a rip-off. I'm 38 and no longer have the energy to jump out of bed at 4AM to hit the gym for a hour and a half brutal lift. Products like N.O. explode (Pre workout energy booster) have helped tremendously in addition to protein supplements that have helped me put on solid muscle without trying to cram 5 pounds of chicken down my throat everyday. I know that none of these products will ever make me look like Jay Cutler, but they have helped me look my best.

  • @250garbear Waking up at 4am is a bitch!

  • @250garbear You hit the gym after work not before

  • @250garbear youtube.com/watch?v=BzlJ_xDzmdg

    youtube.com/watch?v=b1BCzZBMMd0

If you can't go to the gym. Blame yourself not your age. Age is just an non-physical phenomena which people can blame everything on it.

  • @250garbear im 19 and dont have the energy to wake up at 4am thats why you wake up at 8

  • @250garbear

Exactly !!! u said it very very well !! thx

  • @250garbear They're gimmicks. Protein supplements can be useful but pre-workout supplements are basically overpriced caffeine.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee Plus, Methylhexaneamine. That is much more potent than Caffeine and found in most Pre-workouts and that's the thing which makes you hyper in the gym. It's now banned for competition though.

  • @AbuAbdullahAsSalafi You realize that stuff is found in normal DRISTAN tablets, right?

  • @SouthParkBear Yes, because Methylhexaneamine was first used as a nasal decongestant due to it being a vasoconstrictor, so it drastically reduces swelling in mucus glands. It's side effects include irregular heartbeat, initial raised blood pressure and heart-rate followed by bradycardia (decreased heart-rate). Its use as a stimulant is quite effective hence its use in pre-workouts.

  • @AbuAbdullahAsSalafi

Do you know that you're a fucking asshole and that nobody likes a smartass?

    Well you do now.

  • @SouthParkBear WOW, where did that come from? You truly are sporadic. Plus, you are divulging your incorrect statements which are mainly to annoy other people, so I thought I may correct you. Initially, I wasn't even directing my statements towards you so what made you feel you could start your 'bullcrap' with me and reply to my comments, which were for someone else? Don't even bother replying. Just think silently to yourself.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee

well, creatine is actually very very helpful and is in the pre-workout supplements if they are half decent, but i totally agree.overpriced.

you can buy caffeine tablets very cheap in doses of 200mg.. containing around 100 tablets for just a couple of quid.

creatine on its own costs quite alot and is why they are so pricey..its very effective if you try the creatine syrum liquid.. but these are finger sized bottles for 20-40 pound..id advise younger people to avoid

  • @JoshDG92

Creatine has NO proven benefit in any authentic double-blinds study.

If it did, they'd say so on the label-- but they don't.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee

Protein-supplements are only useful if you're not getting enough-- which is pretty stupid since it costs a lot more for a tub of powdered amino acids than a few pounds of ground round.

Likewise, your body can't metabolize it more than 15% of total calories, so the rest just goes to glucose ketones and and strains your kidneys and dehydrates you, and if you don't use it then it goes to fat.

The finess industry has more junk-science than Fred Sanford has normal junk.

  • @SouthParkBear

    Completely agree, hence the 'can'.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee

    That means USUALLY DOESN'T.

  • @SouthParkBear Well it depends if you're getting enough protein.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee

That's VERY unlikely in America unless you live on junk-food.

  • @SouthParkBear

    > "America"

    > "live on junk-food"

    More like VERY likely.

  • Comment removed

  • @SouthParkBear It's like talking to a brick wall.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee

Also, Gatorade isn't even as good as Coke or Pepsi for a sports-drink.

  • @SouthParkBear Most of these drinks such as Gatorade and Powerade contain sulphites which do cause kidney and gall bladder stones over time.

  • @smokeeeeeeeee For me, 1MR is the shit. It's overpriced (but still only about a buck a workout) - source the ingredients and 'mix-yer-own' can drop the price per workout 40%.

But be realistic - there is a world of difference between it and straight high-dose caffeine. Take 4 No-Doz and see how that works.

I KIND OF agree though: 300mg Caff, a dose of Creatine and some beta-alanine == 75% of the effects of 1MR: the synergistic effects are important. It will still cost 75c a workout.

  • @250garbear who the fuck trains at 4am? Fucking retard...maybe you better stop taking shit and look at your programme.

  • @LunchtimeLoonies

Plenty of people train at 4am, that's why some gyms stay open 24/7.

  • you can also just start working out.. ( a little creatine isnt cheating right?)

  • wow lol

  • THE PART ABOUT THE DATE ON BOTTON OF THE CAN IIS FUNNY

  • chinese is cheaper

  • it's noah steere
