I don't understand why this is a movie for children... Could be a movie directed to adults as well. The movie includes very interesting aspects of how our brain might develop in the future or what we might be capable of as the human race. I have watched it twice. The people from the future sent a bunch of Mimzys into different points in the past and none ever returned with what the future needed except the last Mimzy. I love this movie. :)
