Second off, it's because the buttons are round and hard, the r trigger is meant for FPS games so it doesn't so so well for what i need it for, and it's overall much harder to mash the buttons for tortures compared to a Ps3 controller, which I tested myself.

I agree, depending on how you press the buttons, the 360 controller can hurt your hands because the buttons are sort of rounded, whlie the ps3 buttons are flat.
