I don't know why but I hate monkeys, except Marmosets. I like the apes, and all other animals, but I had a terrible experience with a monkey when I was 9, and monkeys in the Vietnam war. Marmosets seem so different from macaques. I know it's probably just appearance, but I seem to like the little guys.

Marmosets scent mark with their urine. Its been my personal experience that the smell is very pungent. Not easy for most people to live with.
