Well, for most of you video. I liked and it had good points, I just noticed its a response to another video and I have to say that many people claim to hear voices, t get leaner sentence and make up lies and plea insanity pleas. I don't hear voices but I do hear sounds in my head at certain times, usually at home. This technology does exist. Not sure whether anyone that's ever had Schizophrenia was actually part of the secret program but it's certainly possible.
